Please note that our shipping times do NOT include the processing of your order. It is only the actual time that it is being shipped to you.

Our standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days (includes Saturdays), but is not guaranteed.

Express shipping is by either USPS Express Mail, which is 1-2 business days (including Saturdays), but is not guaranteed. If your order is needed overnight, we can also ship via FedEx. If you prefer to use FedEx over Express Mail, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout.

Please note that shipping times do NOT include processing of your order. Most of our items are personalized or made-to-order and ship in different timeframes and may also arrive in separate shipments from different manufacturers. Our embroidered clothing ships in 2-3 weeks via USPS Priority Mail from Arkansas. Monogrammed jewelry, silver gifts, totes/purses, acrylic items, umbrellas, bath wraps, slippers, some towels, blankets, bibs, and vinyl monograms usually ship in 24 hours via UPS Ground from Alabama, which is 3-5 business days (NOT including Saturdays). Again, if you prefer to use Express, FedEx, or even UPS 2nd day air or overnight, please choose "Express shipping" during checkout and let us know in the "Special Instructions" box.
