Customize your order:
Since all of our paper products are designed and hand-crafted by us, we are happy to customize some of our items to meet your needs. For example, if you would like a different color background card or ribbon or even a different size card, contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Minimum Order Requirements:
Our invitations, announcements, stationery, and holiday cards require a minimum order of 10 (1 set) of each item and this policy cannot be changed. Wedding programs require a minimum order of 40 (1 set).
If you'd like us to email you a pdf sample of your wording in the font you choose, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout. We can ship you a hard copy of a proof for $5. Just contact us for information.
All products come with white or off-white envelopes (except for Envelopments orders - envelopes are sold separately). Be advised that our square designs require additional postage when mailing to your guests. Our calling card envelopes are too small to meet postal regulations and therefore cannot be mailed.
Return addresses can be printed by us for an additional charge, based on the quantity of envelopes. See each item for more details.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Most orders ship within 7-10 days, sometimes sooner. This timeframe may change depending on the size and extent of your order. Wedding program wording should be emailed no later than 3 weeks prior to the wedding date. This allows time for formatting and unlimited digital proofs. Our monogrammed clothing ships directly from the seamstress in 3-4 weeks.
We ship by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) or Express Mail (1-2 days) with free delivery confirmation.
Rush Fees are charged for orders needed within a short amount of time (usually for invitations, announcements, programs, stationery, holiday cards). The fee starts at $25, but varies, so contact us with your situation and we'll reply with a fee and ship date.To include a personalized note with your gift order, type your desired message in the "Special Instructions" box during check-out. We are happy to ship items as a gift to another address!

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as Paypal.
Since our items are personalized, they are not eligible for a credit or refund unless there is a mistake from our end (misspelling, font choice, etc.) We advise you to make your size, color, font, and personalization choices very carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order. You may also refer to our monogram tips to help. In some instances, items may be returned for a store credit or exchange, but contact us for specific details regarding your order.
