Tickled Toes shoes are hand-painte, so please allow 2 weeks for shipment. Shoes are wrapped presentable for gift-giving.Because our canvas shoe creations are hand-made, we cannot offer refunds. We will, however, be happy to exchange sizes for you if necessary!  Contact us within 30 days after receipt of your order to receive your return authorization.  Your exchange will be processed within 15-20 days after we receive your unworn shoes. Please note a $6.00 shipping charge will be added to all size exchanges.
